Many of us have heard about , seen photos, or even film of the British Cross Country Championships, but few have had the honor of running in them. This film taken with a Go Pro camera on someone's head is about as close as you can get to the real thing. Taken during last months 2015 nationals. It covers the full race for 46 minutes. The runner wearing the cam finished 279 out of over 2000 runners. Watch this from your treadmill or standing in a bathtub of wet sticky mud and get the full effect. Even drone photography cannot match this. As our British friends might muse, " Absolutely bloody brilliant!"

Some people say this url doesn't work anymore. If not , then just go to youtube.com
and type in National Cross Country Championships, Feb. , 2015 Parliament Hill. That should get you there.
